Arachne+

One of many hands on the new version of a risk-scoring tool.

Arachne+ helps the people responsible for EU funds see where to look first. It brings together data from EU institutions, the Member States and external sources, and this version sets out to be simpler to use. Our part is the front-end architecture and the development that follows from it. This is public sector software, so there is a design system to work within. We treat user experience, performance and accessibility as conditions rather than features.

UX advisory for an AI fashion start-up

Joining work already in motion, to get the experience right before the MVP.

The product had two sides: a styling app built on the clothes someone already owns, and tools for the retailers selling them. We joined a build already in motion and stayed on a weekly rhythm, agreeing each time what was worth solving next. Most of it came back to one thing: the app is only as good as the wardrobe it knows about. So we shaped the information architecture and the flows around a wardrobe that grows, from an empty first screen to someone the product knows well, and tested the AI-led parts the way people would really use them. It launched.

Working on the framework the Commission’s own applications are built on.

eUI is an Angular UI framework, and the component library that comes with it. A library is a different front-end problem from a product. Every change is somebody else’s migration, and feature requests come in from many teams at once, each with its own case. The work is to take them in and keep the library consistent. Our part was the structure behind that: the versioning that lets a breaking change ship without stranding anyone, and the core services under the components. We contributed to the framework and supported the developer community building on it.

Medicvoy

Knowing what dental treatment abroad actually involves, before committing to it.

Treatment abroad already happens, but as scattered information and separate conversations with nobody holding the middle. This is a service before it is a website: the digital touchpoints only work when they stay in step with the physical ones, across clinics, travel and the people coordinating between them. We mapped the whole journey before designing a screen, and built it with AI running through the process, which is how we keep our tools and our ways of working up to date, by trying them on something real.

World Cup Unplugged

The World Cup 2026, following the teams you support, without the noise.

Tournament sites are built around betting odds, and the rest of the page is arranged to serve them. We wanted the opposite, so we built the quiet version: your teams, the fixtures, the tables and the bracket, with nothing competing for attention. It runs on live FIFA data through the tournament. We built it in the weeks before kick-off with Claude Code in the loop; without that, it would have been ready for the next one. We set out to show no score we could not stand behind, and learned how much a product like this depends on a source you can trust.

Starting with VNL 2026 Women, and built to grow past it.

Every volleyball score site we tried felt like a betting terminal. voleybul is the quiet one: follow a team through the season, set by set, and put the matches you do not want to miss straight into your calendar. It started with VNL 2026 Women and is built to take the leagues and tournaments after it, which is mostly a question of structure: no two competitions are organised the same way. We built it from scratch together with Claude Code, and that is still how it grows: each new competition’s structure, and the improvements it asks for, worked out in collaboration.

A media initiative against post-truth, built on critical thinking rather than more facts.

We started it as an answer to post-truth that does not rely on more facts. It relies on the reader’s own thinking: telling a claim from its evidence, the evidence from its source and the source from its intent. The content is made to exercise that: podcasts, video and writing on philosophy, science and culture, each built to open a question rather than close one.
